Integrity, personal attention, communication, and organization – are the foundations of the business philosophy of the three principals of Stonebridge Homes. Gary and Valery Tucker and company President, Todd South, are their customers' personal contacts during each phase of the homebuilding process.

All three are licensed contractors. Gary Tucker, one of the few Orlando custom builders with a General Contractors license, primarily concentrates on project management and oversees the superintendent in the field. His wife Valery is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is the liaison with Stonebridge Homes' clients assisting them through each phase of construction. Todd South, also a licensed attorney at law, concentrates his efforts on real estate acquisition and financing.

Gary, Valery, and Todd have been homebuilders in Orlando since 1989, constructing close to 200 homes in Central Florida. Once competitors, they realized that their collective talents combined would bring a comprehensive approach to custom home building. They formed Stonebridge Homes in 1996, and the company has built in Winter Park, Maitland, Orlando, and Windermere.

Stonebridge Homes uses a team approach in designing and building their custom homes. They utilize the services of an architect or home designer, a full- service interior designer, landscape architect, and lighting and structural wiring experts. Each blends the latest in trends into each of the homes built by Stonebridge.

Our in-house designer works closely with each client thru the entire design process. This phase includes designer and client meetings, as well as meeting with local vendors to select items such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, stone and tile, etc. The client also has the ability to continue working with the designer regarding furniture selection and placement, window treatments, custom artwork and accessorizing, so upon completion of the home, the client will be move in ready.

Stonebridge Homes is a member of the prestigious Master Custom Builder Council, (MCBC), an organization that represents the top 35 custom home builders in Central Florida. Todd has been a member of its Board of Directors for the last 10 years. Stonebridge Homes was selected and participated in the Southern Living Custom Home Program. Sponsored by Southern Living Magazine, the program involved an exhaustive review of a qualifying builder's financial history, construction quality and customer satisfaction. There are only approximately 60 companies nationwide selected to participate in the program. Stonebridge Homes also participates in the National Street of Dreams, with the most recent showcased home in Bella Collina.

Stonebridge Homes now concentrates on projects in the southwest Orlando area, building on a customer's own lot or in communities such as Keene's Pointe, Bellaria, Bella Collina, Lake Butler Sound, and their newest community Waterstone. Stonebridge has either completed or has under construction, over the last 11 years, close to 90 homes in Keene's Pointe alone, some of which are returning. This says volumes about their customer satisfaction, quality, and fairness. Homes ranging in price from $1.0 million and up.
